Memories #I forget, #Oops I still forget, and #Counting is hard
[Triv-Neutral]"Now, kneel before me!"
A minister is sent to the guillotine for defying the whims of the princess. It is not that he is a bad man, or a greedy one, but he defied the princess, and so his fate is sealed. Rillianne's rule is absolute, and she thinks nothing of ordering for the man's death; that is just "how things are." However ...
The next day, she goes to seek out the servant in charge of her lunch, to scold him about the state of her lunch and the affairs of her palace. But as she scolds him, the man lunges for her with a knife, clearly intent to kill. Though she is frozen in shock, her servant, Allen, takes up the ceremonial sword he was cleaning and fends off the attacker. She can only watch as Allen disarms the man and then incapacitates him, but it is only when her guard finally arrives that she can rally herself, and orders the man's arrest.
(As it turns out, he is the brother of the man who was executed the day before. For his crime of the attempted assassination of Our Great Highenss Rillianne Lucifen d'Autriche, he is sentenced to the guillotine, to follow in his brother's footsteps.)
And so: + suspicion of others, + uncertainty of strangers, + I really didn't have any friends at all, did I '-'
[Triv-Neutral] Though many houses burned and many people died
The soldiers of Lucifenia are in the process of combing through the neighboring kingdom of Elphegort, searching for "the girl with green hair," who charmed King Marlon into breaking off his engagement with Her Great Highness. The reports come in that they remain unsuccessful, though they ransack the whole of the kingdom in what will later be known as The Green Hunt. The princess sees these orders, but she only wants to find the girl who seduced her fiance, and for that, her Hunt continues.
And so: + I really was upset about Kyle after all, + It was sort of her fault, though, wasn't it? Doing that to me, + Coral probably shouldn't know about this
[Triv-Neutral] Once upon a time, a certain treacherous kingdom was ruled at its summit by a fourteen-year-old-princess
The great palace of Lucifenia is ransacked and left in shambles. A little girl huddles by herself in borrowed clothes, in the cold and the dark. She can hear the people talking with satisfaction that the princess has been captured, and that her time of execution has been set: at three o'clock the next day, after the ringing of the great church bells, her life will come to an end.
But if she is here, then why ... ?
And so: + But why?, + But I'm the princess?!, + What happened??, + DDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD8 + ._.
